Return Instructions

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide a refund or store credit. We only request that the item be returned to us in its original condition, including all original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

1. Pack your items for returns including the pouches. If you don't have the original box, feel free to ship the items in any suitable external packaging.

• If you are returning all items, make sure to include any gifts/freebies and stickers that were part of your original order in your return.
• If you are making a partial return, you can keep any gifts/freebies and stickers that were part of your original order.

2. Please pick your return address for the following list below. If your country is not on the list, please return the item to the nearest location.

3. Select the courier service (local post office, DHL, etc.) that best suits your needs with a trackable service for the shipping of the package you want to return. We advise you not to use FedEx due to their delivery policies. Generate a shipping label from your preferred courier service website, print it, and securely attach it to the exterior of your package. Please note that currently, we are not able to pay for the shipping for the return. We're sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

4. Documentation of Return: After dispatching your package, email us with the following information:

Item(s) returned/exchanged

We will then proceed with processing your return or exchange. Make sure to keep a postage receipt should any issues arise.
