  • Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines.
  • As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you the tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey on our tracking page.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.

  • 30-Day Return Window: You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To return your order, please contact us at support@atoleajewelry.com

  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (stickers and possible gifts)

  • Return Shipping: Please note that while we are happy to refund the full cost of the item, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Policy

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

  • Please be aware this can take 7-14 days after the order arriving. You will be notified once a refund has been made.

Faulty items / Broken piece
