Return & Exchange Policy:

• 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from atoleajewelry.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.
• Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including gifts). 
• Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
• Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account. 
• Exchanges: We offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final. 
• Gift Exchanges: Gifted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  
• Promotion Terms & Conditions:
  • Bundles:
    • If returned together: Receive a full refund or store credit for the entire bundle.
    • If returned separately: Receive a proportionate refund or store credit based on the individual item's price.
  • Promotional Sets (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free):
    • If returned together: Receive a full refund or store credit for the entire set.
      • B2G1: Receive an 80% refund or store credit based on the full value of each item, after applying the promotion.
        
      • Limited-time Offers (e.g., B2G2): Receive a 50% refund or store credit based on the full value of each item, after applying the promotion.
  • Free Mystery Items
    • Free mystery items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Advent Calendar: Advent Calendars are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Refund Policy:

If your order is eligible, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date under our return or warranty conditions. We reserve the right to deny refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for any address errors, lost packages, or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

If your order is marked as “delivered" and lost, you have within seven business days of the delivery date to file a claim. If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, you have within three business days to file a claim. You will receive an email notification once your refund is approved. Refunds may take 2-7 days to reflect in your original payment account.

Please note, that we cannot refund purchases to a different payment method.
