I loved the look of the necklace and couldn’t wait to get it. After wearing it less than a week the chain is kinked and cannot be straightened out. It can’t even be worn. The chain appears to be cheaply made. I’m so disappointed. I’ve reached out to customer service. Hopefully they’ll make it rihhr
